Job Category: Capital Markets
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets. Strong exposure to Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM). In-depth understanding of IPO, FPO, QIP transactions, as well as NCDs and bond issuances. Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to execute and close mid-to-large sized transactions. Excellent relationship management skills with clients and institutional stakeholders. Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
